The Story of Mike, My Fight For Lilly & My Defective Mind.

My experience with Freedom Pop Cell Service

Update: 5/9/17 I got billed 15.00 dollars for some reason then my phone stopped working again.

Called them up at 1 (888) 743-8107 and after 30 minutes I got to talk to someone who did not know what to do.  Then I got hung up on.

So when I called up again and waited on hold another 20 minutes I just got them to refund the 15.00 and then canceled my service with them.

What a nightmare. Never again.

I seen the ads for Freedom Pop Cell phone services and money is tight so for 7.99 a month I could not beat it. I also don’t leave home often and teamed this up with Google voice which is free.  It is two numbers but same phone lol.

I have as of 4/8/17 been with them two months and will try to update this thought out the year.

So I ordered my Freedom pop sim card for 99 cents good deal but then they charged me for a 2nd one I did not order. That charge was 19.99. They still have not refunded me for this.

*Note customer support is not English-speaking people. Nice people but hard to understand.

So I called up and asked about the 2nd card and they said it was a mistake and I would not be charged farther. Which turned out they charged me 27.99 which I did get refunded.

So I pay 7.99 a month for 200mb data, 500 texts and 200 minutes but like I said times are tight and when I paired this with google voice which is unlimited free-calling and the Xfinity (Comcast) hot spot app (If you don’t have this your missing out) that gets me wi-fi all most everywhere I have phone for only 7.99 a month. Now you get what you pay for warning applies here.

*Note I did have to get the network unlock pin for my previous cell provider and term can apply. They told me when I called that I had to have service with them for 6 month prior to asking and I did.

Any questions please leave a comment below and i will help the best I can.
